Return & Exchange Policy
VERY IMPORTANT: To ensure a smooth return process, please include all original accessories and packaging with your item. This includes the plastic ziplock bag, leather care gel, cotton storage pouch, and gift box (if provided). Returns missing these components may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
Kindly review the following three points carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return the Complete Set
When sending back your order, please ensure that all original accessories and packaging are included. This allows us to process your return smoothly and maintain the integrity of our products.
Items to include
- Black plastic ziplock bag
- Leather care gel
- Cotton storage pouch
- Black product label with barcode attached to the glove
- Gift box (if included)
To prevent damage during transit, the gift box and other components should be packed securely - preferably using the original shipping box provided with your order.
Important: Returns that are incomplete or missing any of the listed items may not be accepted.
2. Gloves Must Be in Original Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange, gloves must be returned in unworn, unused, and pristine condition. This means:
- No stains, creases, folds, or signs of wear
- No damage of any kind
- All original tags and labels must remain securely attached
- Any included flyers or accessories must be clean and in their original state
Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. Return Within 60 Days
We accept returns within 60 days of the original delivery date. To ensure eligibility, please initiate and ship your return within this timeframe.
Please note: Returns received after 60 days may not be accepted.
How to Exchange or Return in Just 2 Steps
1. Start Your Return
Click “Register Return” below and select the reason for your return from the provided options.
Important: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please do not return it yet. Instead, email a clear photo of the issue to info@bellanzari.com, and include your order number. Our team will review the case and reach out with the next steps.
2. Complete the Return and Ship Your Parcel
Next, fill in your return details and select a courier if options are available. Follow the on-screen instructions to prepare your parcel for shipment, then deliver it to the designated courier service.
Once your return has been received and verified by our warehouse team, we will promptly begin processing your refund or exchange.
