Shipping Information
Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse based in the Netherlands.
How soon will my order be shipped?
At Bellanzari, we are committed to prompt and efficient shipping. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders received after this cutoff time, as well as those placed on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Where can I check the status of my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your order’s journey every step of the way.
If you haven’t received this email within 36 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.
Should you still be unable to locate the tracking email, feel free to contact our customer service team at info@bellanzari.com, and we’ll be happy to provide you with your tracking details.
My tracking information isn’t updating. What should I do?
Occasionally, especially during peak seasons like the holidays, courier services may experience delays due to high shipment volumes.
If your order hasn’t shown a tracking update for more than 4 business days, please reach out to our customer service team at info@bellanzari.com. We will promptly review your tracking details and, if needed, initiate an investigation to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
The local courier shows my order as delivered, but I haven’t received the package. What should I do?
We’re truly sorry to hear this.
In many cases, the courier may have left your order with a neighbor or placed it in a secure spot on your property without notifying you.
If you’ve already checked these possibilities and still can’t find your package, please reach out to our customer service team at info@bellanzari.com. We will promptly initiate an investigation with the courier and assist you further.

How do I use the Bellanzari leather gel?
One key benefit of Bellanzari’s leather and suede gloves compared to wool alternatives is their complete resistance to wind and water. To enhance the weatherproof qualities of your leather gloves, we recommend applying our specially formulated leather gel - ideal for boosting protection against rain and cold. (Please note: this gel is not suitable for suede or fabric gloves.)
Best of all, Bellanzari includes a complimentary leather gel with every pair of gloves, so you can keep your gloves looking and performing their best.
Can I use the leather gel on suede or fabric gloves?
Unfortunately, our leather gel is not suitable for suede or fabric gloves. Think of it like a shoe polish - using it on suede can cause permanent stains, and it may also discolor fabric gloves.
To protect your suede gloves from winter weather, we recommend using a water and dirt repellent spray designed specifically for suede, which you can find at most shoe or leather care stores.
Can I purchase the leather gel separately?
At present, our leather gel is not available for individual purchase. However, we plan to offer it separately starting next season. We’ll be sure to keep you updated!
My leather gloves feel stiff - will this change?
Leather is a natural material, so it’s common for new gloves to feel a bit stiff at first. With regular wear, the leather softens and gradually molds to the unique shape of your hand - this is the true beauty of fine leather.
If your gloves get soaked in the rain, avoid drying them near direct heat sources like radiators or heaters, as this can cause the leather to harden and lose its suppleness. Instead, allow them to dry naturally in a shaded area. Should your gloves become stiff, applying Bellanzari Leather Gel will help restore softness and flexibility.
Can I use the leather gel on suede or fabric gloves?
No, Bellanzari’s leather gel is specially formulated for smooth leather gloves and is not suitable for suede or fabric materials. For suede gloves, we recommend using products specifically designed to protect and maintain suede’s unique texture.
Which leather types do you have?
At Bellanzari, quality comes first - which is why we personally select only the finest leathers for our gloves. Our collection features gloves made from different types of leather, linings, and functionalities, so you can always choose the perfect pair for your needs. There is an imperfection in the leather of my gloves. What should I do?
Leather is a natural material, and slight variations or markings are a testament to its authenticity and uniqueness. These natural characteristics do not affect the quality or durability of your gloves.
If you believe the imperfection is beyond normal natural variations or impacts the glove’s performance, please contact our customer service team at info@bellanzari.com. We’re here to assist you and ensure your complete satisfaction.
How long is the warranty on my gloves?
Bellanzari offers a (1) one-year warranty on all gloves, starting from the date you receive your order.
Please note, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
If you experience any issues within this period, kindly contact our customer service team at info@bellanzari.com with a description and photo of the damage. We will gladly assist you in finding the best solution.
Can I purchase a single glove if I’ve lost or misplaced one?
Currently, we only sell gloves in pairs to ensure a perfect match in style, fit, and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, single gloves are not available for separate purchase.

Bellanzari gloves are proudly handcrafted in Italy by master artisans based in Naples, a city renowned for its centuries-old tradition of glove making. Unlike gloves labeled merely “Italian style” or “Italian finish,” Bellanzari gloves are authentically produced in Italy, combining time-honored techniques with modern craftsmanship. The gloves I want to order are not in stock or sold out. What can I do?
Every August, we welcome our new winter collection at the warehouse. Due to the high demand for certain returning styles, specific glove sizes may sell out quickly.
If this happens, we recommend leaving your email address on the product page to receive an automatic notification as soon as your desired gloves are back in stock.
Unlike our winter collection, driving gloves are restocked throughout the year, though there may be intervals of a few months between restocks.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Where do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email we sent you. It begins with #BEL.

The Track & Trace shows my return has been delivered. When will it be processed?

After the warehouse confirms receipt and processing, our customer service team will handle the remaining steps.
